I was thinking of what I was going to write last night. I was walking and then I thought to myself “Hey why not health!?”, so here I am talking about health. If you are trying to lose weight, trying to gain weight, or just trying to get healthy in general and are finding it impossible, it might be because the advice your doctor is giving you is, well, terrible.
Read this disclaimer so I can’t be sued.

Alrighty, now that we have that out of the way, I can tell you what the doctors might not know themselves. Many of you do not know that I planned on becoming a Doctor of Radiology. Never got that degree but I did get some interesting information. So first thing we need to talk about is macros. There are generally three of them. Carbohydrate, Proteins, and Fats. You pretty much run your body off of these three general building blocks and they are all needed. However! You don’t need them all in equal amounts. We have backward in the common knowledge. Carbs especially, we need very little of. Around 20g – 75g. That is not a lot. Some people may need them even less.
You see most of us have been conditioned over the years that we need sugars to survive. Carbs break down into sugar. So when people are telling you a candy bar is bad for you but this whole grain bread is good for you, its wrong. The whole grain bread is nothing but sugar. If you eat it, its like eat a candy bar. So that means all the healthy food people try to give you is well, junk food.
So, what are you supposed to eat? Well, its simple. Vegetables, and meats but even that has its complexities. Ultimately you want to stay away from carbs within reason, getting as stated above 20g to 75g of carbs. This is because of insulin. You might have heard of it. Most diabetics take it as a way to lower there blood sugar. Well you naturally make insulin. The goal is a healthy insulin response to eating food. However the problem is we have eaten food with sugar so much that the insulin response is terrible. In fact some people have something called Insulin Resistance. I would argue even if you are not fat you still have a very strong likelihood of having this “disease”.
So how do you get rid of it? Well you don’t eat for a few months. Now that is not realistic, but eating less often can treat it. In fact you can get rid of it entirely if you stay on a strict keto diet. Keto refers to ketones in the blood. Its an alternative fuel source. Instead of using sugar (glucose) you use Ketones, when your body runs out of glucose to run on, or it gets too low, your body starts to make Ketones. What are ketones, fat. See the fat on your body is what your body should be running off of, however, if you consume too much sugar its going to run off of that instead. If you continually do this your gonna end up with fat.
Now, eating purely keto will see you lose weight but it will also strengthen you body. Turns out your body needs to put more effort into burning ketones than glucose (sugar/carbs). There is all kinds of other good effects of this. But that is not the whole picture. You might be one of the people who are skinny (or fat) who have ruined there body. Most of the time you will have gerd or acid reflux. This is because your stomach acid is too weak and even worse still is people who go the bathroom a lot. This is because your gut biom is dead. See we have little critters all through our body so we can digests food into nutrients. If you biom is messed up it will just go on through. You will be skinny and wont be able to build muscle.
So what do those people do? They repair there gut biom and get stronger stomach acid. So apple cider vinegar will solve the acid problem. Look online how to do that. However the gut biom is a bit harder to heal. You can get transfusions or do it the good ol hard and cheap way. Eat less. OMAD to be exact. What does that stand for, one meal a day. No tricks either. You eat once a day. Normally within an 1 to 2 hour eating window, meaning you can eat during that time and nothing after. No snacking and drinking only water or 0 calorie drinks.
Why? Autophagia. Autophagia means to eat oneself. It quiet literally is your body eating broken and bad cells and turning them into new and healthy ones. This happens after about 16 hours of not eating. Some people like to fast for longer periods of time. This will ramp up your system greatly and even produce stem cells and increase human growth hormones.
The greatest part about this is its all free. You dont eat anything. Boom, you got yourself autophagia. Pretty good deal if you ask me. You should do more research into this.
Now a good rule of thumb is, dont eat anything you cannot pronounce. That means looking at the label on foods. If you dont know what it is, put it back. Avoid the inner isles of the grocery store, most of those are processed foods. Eat as naturally as you can. Don’t eat too much fruit. Have a balanced diet. Eat when you are so hungry you cant take it anymore but dont eat when you are not that hungry. Dont be afraid of eating meat, or vegetables, for the most part. I avoid starches, beans, corn, tomatoes, and pretty much anything with a heavy carb count. It all turns into sugar (glucose). Instead I enjoy 7 to 8 cups of salad a day and a fatty piece of steak, grass fed when possible.
My eating schedule look like this, Moday: Eat Liver, Tuesday: Eat, Wensday: Fast No Eating At All, Thursday: Eat, Friday: Fast No Eating At All, Saturday: Eat, Sunday: Eat. As you can see a couple days I dont eat at all. This is to get some prolonged fasts and also because I am a Christian. I also try to eat around 8oz of beef liver once a week. Believe it or not it has a load of nutrients you cant really get anywhere else in the quantities you do. Its really hard for me because I cant stand the flavor but its good to scarf down.
Anyways, I hope this is helpful for you. Also dont worry so much about drinking eight glasses of water a day. Drink when you are thirsty. I love you all very much. I hope you have a blessed and wonderful day.
